What to Do Wednesday: Empty and Full


Materials You Will Need:
  • plastic containers
  • cotton balls
What To Do:
Have fun introducing the concept of 'empty' and 'full' to your child today!

Take two plastic containers. Fill one with cotton balls. Sit down in front of your child.

Dump the cotton balls into the empty container. Show your child the empty container and say, "Empty".

Dump the cotton balls back into the container. Show the child the container and say, "Full".

This game is fun to repeat. Use the words 'empty' and 'full' frequently to reinforce the concept.
